Load versus recovery
Most parents try to reduce load they cannot reduce. The faster lever is usually recovery that is small, frequent and realistic.
MSA Heal™ · Burnout
Burnout is not weakness and it is not solved by trying harder. It is a capacity equation — and the equation can be changed.
Parent burnout is a capacity problem, not a character problem. It eases when demand, recovery and emotional load are rebalanced — not by trying harder. This is coaching and education for the adult's internal experience.

Understanding it
Most parents try to reduce load they cannot reduce. The faster lever is usually recovery that is small, frequent and realistic.
The moment you reacted was rarely the cause. It was the last item on an already full system.
When identity collapses entirely into caregiving, every hard day becomes a verdict on who you are.
Capacity grows through repetition, not intensity — steady recovery habits, honest boundaries, and dropping the guilt tax on rest.
Common questions
No. Tiredness recovers with sleep. Burnout is a capacity problem — emotional resources spent faster than they are replaced, over a long period.
Capacity is rebuilt in small, repeatable units rather than rare escapes. Recovery that fits inside the real day is the only recovery that survives.
It is a sign of sustained load without sufficient recovery. It says nothing about how much you care.
