The Company is the sole data controller in respect of personal information collected through this Website. No third-party data processor or co-controller relationship exists in connection with the Website’s operation at this time.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly — The Website is primarily an informational platform and does not require Users to register for an account or create a user profile. However, should you voluntarily reach out to us via email, contact forms, or any other channel of communication, we may collect: your name; your email address and/or telephone number; the nature and content of your enquiry or message; and any other information you voluntarily choose to include in your communication. The provision of this information is entirely voluntary. However, failure to provide certain information may limit our ability to respond to your enquiry or deliver our Services effectively.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically — When you access and browse the Website, certain technical data may be collected automatically through standard web server logs and browser behaviour, including: your Internet Protocol (IP) address; the type and version of browser you are using; the operating system of your device; the pages you visit on the Website, the sequence of those visits, and the time and duration of your visit; and the URL of the website from which you arrived at our Website (referral URL), if applicable. This technical information is collected for the legitimate purpose of maintaining the security, integrity, and performance of the Website. It is not used to personally identify individual Users unless necessary for the investigation of a security incident or legal claim.
2.3 Sensitive Personal Data — Given the nature of the Services offered by the Company — which may involve discussions concerning a client’s health condition, a child’s developmental needs, or financial circumstances — certain information shared voluntarily in the course of service engagement may be considered sensitive personal data under applicable law. The Company treats all such information with the highest degree of confidentiality and implements appropriate safeguards to protect it. Such information is collected only with the informed knowledge of the individual concerned and is used solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted Services.
2.4 Information Not Collected — The Company does not, through the Website: collect payment card details or financial account information (no payment gateway exists on the Website); accept or process user-generated content, uploads, or public submissions; collect information from children below the age of 18 (the Website is not directed at minors); deploy any third-party analytics tracking tools (such as Google Analytics) on the Website; or embed or link to third-party websites, social media platforms, or external content at this time.
2.5 The Website may utilise limited third-party technical services or integrations necessary for hosting, email delivery, security protection, domain infrastructure, or similar technical operations. Such third-party services shall operate subject to their own independent terms and privacy frameworks.
Personal information collected through the Website is used strictly to: (1) respond to enquiries, messages, or requests submitted by you through email or any contact channel available on the Website; (2) provide, administer, and deliver the coaching and wellness Services contracted by you; (3) maintain a record of our professional engagement with you for the duration and after the conclusion of the service relationship; (4) comply with applicable legal obligations, including the retention of records as required under Indian law; (5) protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, its clients, and the general public, including for the investigation or defence of legal claims; and (6) improve the Website’s performance, security, and user experience through analysis of anonymised, aggregated technical data. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making, profiling, targeted advertising, or the sale of data to third parties. Your information will not be shared with any third party for marketing purposes.
The Company processes personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”), which constitute the primary data protection framework applicable to entities operating in India. The legal bases upon which the Company processes personal data are: Consent (you may withdraw consent at any time by writing to sandeep@mindsoulalignment.com); Contractual Necessity (where processing is necessary to perform a contract to which you are a party, specifically the delivery of our coaching and wellness Services); Legal Obligation (where we are required by law to retain or process certain data); and Legitimate Interests (maintaining Website security, investigating misuse, or protecting legal rights, provided such interests are not overridden by your fundamental rights).
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Company is incorporated and operates in India. The Website is not specifically directed at residents of the European Union (EU), the European Economic Area (EEA), or the United Kingdom. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 does not apply to the Company as a matter of mandatory legal obligation at this time.
Nonetheless, in the spirit of transparency and global best practice, the Company voluntarily adopts data protection principles broadly consistent with internationally recognised standards: data minimisation, purpose limitation, storage limitation (see Section 9), integrity and confidentiality, and transparency. Should the Company’s services expand to specifically target EU/EEA residents in the future, the Company shall take all necessary steps to ensure GDPR compliance, including appointment of an EU representative if required. Residents of jurisdictions with dedicated privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) who interact with the Website do so with the understanding that Indian law governs the Company’s data practices. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA 2023”), once its operative provisions come into full force via government notification, shall apply to the Company’s processing of digital personal data, and the Company is committed to ensuring compliance as and when its rules are notified and enforced.
The Company does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any external party for commercial purposes. Personal information may be disclosed only: for Legal and Regulatory Compliance (where required by law, court order, or a competent regulatory/governmental authority in India); for Protection of Rights (to assert, exercise, or defend the Company’s legal rights, or protect safety/security); to Professional Advisers (in exceptional circumstances, on a strictly confidential basis); and to Service Providers (carefully selected third parties for technical hosting, communication management, security, cloud infrastructure, maintenance, or other operational support, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations). In all cases, only the minimum information necessary is shared, and the Company takes reasonable steps to ensure recipients treat it with appropriate confidentiality.
The Company implements and maintains reasonable technical and organisational security measures designed to protect personal data against accidental loss, unauthorised access, unlawful processing, and inadvertent disclosure, periodically reviewed and updated. No method of electronic transmission or storage is entirely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Users are encouraged to exercise caution when communicating sensitive information electronically and to notify sandeep@mindsoulalignment.com promptly if they become aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised use of their personal data. In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to individuals’ rights and freedoms, the Company shall take prompt remedial action and, where required by law, notify the relevant authorities and affected individuals without undue delay.
The Company retains personal data for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, contractual, accounting, or reporting requirements. The maximum retention period shall not exceed five (5) years from the date of collection or the date of last active engagement, whichever is later. At the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data shall be securely deleted or anonymised in a manner that prevents restoration or re-identification. Shorter retention periods may apply where you withdraw consent and no overriding legal basis exists for continued retention.
Under Indian law, including the IT Act, the SPDI Rules, and the forthcoming DPDPA 2023, you have: the Right to Access; the Right to Correction; the Right to Withdrawal of Consent (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing); the Right to Erasure (subject to overriding legal obligations); and the Right to Grievance Redressal. To exercise any of these rights, submit a written request to sandeep@mindsoulalignment.com. The Company shall endeavour to respond within a reasonable time and in any event within thirty (30) days of receipt, unless a longer period is permitted or required by law. Certain rights may be subject to limitations and exceptions under applicable law, which the Company will communicate when responding to your request.
Where technical infrastructure, cloud hosting, communication tools, or authorised service providers involve storage or processing outside India, the User acknowledges that limited cross-border transfer of data may occur, subject to reasonable safeguards and applicable legal requirements.
11.1 What Are Cookies? — Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it, used to make websites function efficiently and to provide operators with usage information. Cookies may be session-based (deleted when you close your browser) or persistent (remaining until a set period or manual deletion).
11.2 Our Use of Cookies — The Company does not currently deploy its own analytics, advertising, or behavioural tracking cookies on the Website. The Website does not integrate third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics), social media plugins, or advertising networks that would place tracking cookies on your device. However, as is standard with all web servers, certain technical and functional cookies or browser storage mechanisms may be set automatically, strictly necessary for Website operation: session identifiers; security tokens protecting against cross-site request forgery and similar vulnerabilities; and cookies set by your browser/OS in connection with standard web protocols.
11.3 No Third-Party or Advertising Cookies — The Website does not use any third-party cookies for advertising, remarketing, interest-based targeting, or cross-site behavioural tracking. No User data collected through this Website is shared with advertising networks or data brokers.
11.4 Managing Your Cookie Preferences — Most browsers let you manage cookie preferences: refuse all cookies, accept only certain categories, delete cookies after each session, or be notified before a cookie is stored. Disabling certain cookies may impair Website functionality. Instructions are available at the respective browser’s official support documentation.
11.5 Do Not Track Signals — As the Website does not employ behavioural tracking or advertising technologies, responding to “Do Not Track” signals does not arise in a material way; the Company’s data-minimisation stance is consistent with the spirit of such signals.
The Website is not designed for, directed at, or intended for use by individuals below the age of 18. The Company does not knowingly collect personal data from minors, and will take prompt steps to delete any inadvertently collected minor data. Where the Company works with families of children with Autism and ADHD, all service engagement is conducted exclusively with the adult parent or guardian, who bears responsibility for all communications and consents given on behalf of the minor child. Any incidental reference to a child’s condition or progress during service delivery is treated with the strictest confidentiality.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Policy at any time in response to changes in applicable law, business practices, or the nature of the Website’s operations. The revised Policy will be published with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy. We do not issue individual notifications of changes by email.
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the SPDI Rules, 2011, the following person is designated as the Grievance Officer for matters relating to the processing of personal data by the Company:

Organisation: Mind Soul Alignment

Any grievance, complaint, or concern relating to the collection, processing, or use of your personal data — or any alleged violation of this Policy — may be submitted in writing to the Grievance Officer at the above address or email. The Company shall acknowledge your grievance within five (5) working days and endeavour to resolve it within thirty (30) working days of receipt.
